Meet The Team
Stephanie has over twelve years experience of working in early years and has been managing a successful outdoor forest nursery for the last two years. Stephanie holds a degree in Early Years and has been an Early Years Teacher since 2013.
Stephanie is passionate about outdoor learning. She has witnessed first hand how children thrive when given the opportunity to choose, explore and play in a nurturing environment.
Stephanie is fascinated by children's innate desire to explore and find out about the world around them and believes that children learn best when they are intrinsically motivated.
Stephanie completed her Level 3 Forest School course earlier this year and looks forward to using these skills to inspire and motivate the Little Birds team and children.
Stephanie enjoys hiking, travelling and listening to music.
